It’s an annual event in Narrowsburg, NY going on 22 years now and it’s wonderful! There’s not too many events that include arts, music and environment all into one, quite like this one does.
It’s held in a small town on the Pennsylvania and New York border on the Delaware River.
It’s full of local artists who are displaying and selling their work. I was in awe over some of the pieces that were there. I of course was working in one of the local shops and didn’t get to part-take in a lot of the festivities but having the chance to walk around and visit each vendor was great.
I decided to make it a family day and bring the kids and my husband to help out. I think it’s important to show the kids all the different options when it comes to arts and crafts. Not only do they get to see what people make themselves but we can keep the money local by supporting our residents.
